Red Thai Curry Chicken and Noodles recipe

Preparation time: 25 minutes
Total cooking time: 10-15 minutes
Ingredients: 4-6

Ingredients:

- 200g (6 1 / 2 oz) thick rice stick noodles
- 1 1 / 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon red curry paste, finished pasta
- 3 chicken thigh fillets, cut into thin strips
- 1-2 teaspoon crushed red pepper
- 2 tablespoons fish sauce
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 100 g (3 1 / 2 ounces) bean sprouts
- 1 / 2 cup (90g oz / 3) chopped roasted peanuts
- 3EL-crispy fried onions
- 3 tablespoons roasted garlic
- 1 cup (30 g / 1 oz) coriander leaves

Directions:

Before Cook noodles in boiling water for about 2 minutes or so. Drain and then with 2 teaspoons of oil, throw them together to prevent attack.

Second Heat the remaining oil in a wok around, add the curry paste and stir for about 1 minute or so odors, or make it up. Add all fried chicken in small batches and stir for about 2 minutes or so,or until golden brown and return the chicken from the wok.

Add the chilli third to bring the fish sauce and lime juice and boil and simmer for about 1 minute or so. Then add the bean sprouts and noodles and throw well. Place the pasta in a serving dish and sprinkle with half peanuts, roasted onion, garlic and coriander leaves. Then serve immediately.
