1 tablespoon melted butter (no substitutes)
1 tablespoon granulated sugar
Method
Coat an 8 "x 8" pan with nonstick spray. Whisk the flour, baking powder and salt together. In a mixing bowl, beat brown sugar, eggs and lemon juice for a few minutes.
